We tend to marvel and wonder about how models shape up. Aishwarya Rai, Lara Dutta, and Sushmita Sen are world renown models who are still revered for their beauty, grace, intelligence and well toned bodies. But before they were divas, they were contestants in Miss India pageants. That is where they were prepped to be models with equal focus on diet, fitness, and etiquette. So we go right to the source.

In this video, Miss India contestants workout and sweat it out with Pilates and Altitude Training. Besides fitness, Pilates also improves posture, form, control, stability, movement and elegance.

Altitude training, on the other hand, is meant for endurance athletes. It somewhat feels like running in Leh, where the oxygen level is low. This helps increase red blood cells and muscular metabolism.
