In our quest to socialize and stay connected using Facebook, we often neglect the need to remain fit and healthy. Follow Facebook groups and communities: If you are looking for a new and innovate way to get in shape, try joining popular Facebook health groups and communities. The sense of community and support can make a big difference to a person who is otherwise struggling to follow a routine work schedule. This will not only keep you motivated but will also help you to compare and analyze results with other group members.
