Calm down with Brahmari Pranayam [Anti-Ageing Tips]
Bhramari means humming bee. In yoga, it is related to the sound of the bee that is emitted during the asana. Brahmari Pranayam helps to calm the mind, lowering stress, celebral tensions, anger, insomnia, blood pressure, throat aliments and reducing the scars post surgeries.
In Bhramari Pranayama the mouth is kept closed making it slightly different than Om which is usually done with the mouth open. Practice this stress relieving asana at home or the office with Dr. Surakshit Goswami.
