Lower back pain can affect anyone at any time. Whether it is a child, an adult, or the elderly, anyone can be a victim of this dreaded problem, with just one wrong move. If you are careless in your youth, the effects of back pain multiply and the impact can leave you in constant pain later in life. Nip the problem in the bud, and we show you how.

Yoga artist, Dr. Surakshit Goswami, takes you through yoga exercises that will relieve you from pain. Many people complain of slip disc and lumbar spondylitis. If it is not diagnosed, treated and preventive measures are not implemented in time, then lower back pain can relapse later on and can, literally, become a constant pain in the ‘neck.’

If you experience a catch during the day, follow this simple yoga exercise for optimum relief.  You can follow the exercise twice a day.
