Calm down with Brahmari Pranayam [Anti-Ageing Tips]

Bhramari means humming bee. In yoga, it is related to the sound of the bee that is emitted during the asana. Brahmari Pranayam helps to calm the mind, lowering stress, celebral tensions, anger, insomnia, blood pressure, throat aliments and reducing the scars post surgeries.
