When we heard about Donatella Versace sleeping in the freezer, we paused and wondered. What would you do to stay young? Some of us try out endless anti-aging creams, pop pills, hit the gym hard; some even feast on antioxidant fruits and some other anti-aging miracles. Some of us might consider surgery, botox, and in some extreme cases creams made of snake venom or placenta. But then there are fashionistas who set a higher bench mark and leave the rest of us behind. The latest news surrounds Donatella Versace's fitness secrets. We love the fashion, but what do you think about her anti-aging therapy?

Apparently, Donatella Versace preserves her youth by sleeping in a freezer every night! When she was asked about her secret to youthfulness, Versace claimed, “How do I keep young? Haven't you heard? I sleep every night in the deep freezer!" However, those toned arms can't be manufactured artificially, freezer or no freezer. Versace has admitted to using botox, but only on her face. Everything else, from waist-length extension is part of the where-does-nature-end-and-cosmetics-begin guessing game. A smoker who self-admittedly smokes a pack a day, but exercises as well, Donatella Versace's fitness routine is controversial at best.
