Eating Disorder: Lucy Hale Has an Eating Disorder?

Eating disorders seem to be an evil outcome of showbiz and fashion. Lucy Hale, the pretty girl from the popular show ‘Pretty Little Liars’ has confessed that she has an eating disorder. The show may give you goosebumps and seem eerily chilling, but you have to put in a lot of effort to fit into those glamourous dresses for a teen show.

Lucy Hale reveals her uncanny secret to weightloss and the unethical ways to fit into a dress in Cosmopolitan magazine. She says, “I’ve never really talked about this, but I would go days without eating. Or maybe I'd have some fruit and then go to the gym for three hours. I knew I had a problem...It was a gradual process but I changed myself.”

But she is not alone. Several A-list celebrities have admitted to poor eating patterns, and choosing the anorexic way. Do you remember Nicole Richie's thin frame? And the scary frame of Victoria Beckham? How far would you go without food?
